Spotless clean. Rooms cleaned everyday. Great staff. Great location for this price. Very good heating/conditioning in the room. Quiet street. Rooms are really tiny, but very comfortable, especially the bed. Great Pizzeria just 3 mins down the street. So if you do not have a need to take walks around the room or do not plan staying in the room all day (with exception of watching tv all day from the bed - the room is great for that purpose :)) but you just need a decent place to stay for couple of days, then it is perfect hotel for you.

This is one of the nicest budget accommodations I have stayed in while in London. I had a single room which was small but extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect. It is near the tube, the train and the coach station with great bus links also. The kettle in the room was very useful and the WiFi was great. I’m in London a lot for work and I’ll definitely be back. They even looked after my luggage for several hours after I checked out as I had things to do. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I loved staying here, although it was only 1 night. Delighted with the air conditioning and taught the room although small, was very well designed. I will stay here again. They also have 24 hour reception which helped a lot as my coach was delayed by 5 hours at Calais so arrived very late. I had already contacted them about the late arrival which they had no issue with.

The property was in a good location, very clean and beds comfortable. I liked how they had a decent size tv when chilling in the evenings and a kettle for making a cup of tea or coffee or hot chocolate. Had a twin room with window view was lovely.

Friendly & Helpful staff, very clean, close enough to Victoria Station. Hot water, kettle etc in the room. We could leave our bags there before check in and after check out.
